Our founder and principal, Jessica Melton, has over 8 years of experience crafting creative experiences and whipping projects into shape. With a Masters in Library and Information Science, she is a master organizer and extensive planner. Assisted by a team of subject matter experts, Much Aplomb was created to be a nimble solution for teams who need an extra hand or two and some fresh ideas.
